If you are experiencing any of these things, it may be wise to seek the help of a therapist.

You can talk with a therapist in strict confidentiality, describe your problem(s) and assess your feelings, learn what treatment is best suited to your needs, as well as ask questions about your therapist’s values, morals, credentials and fees.

Counseling can sometimes be an intimidating experience if you are not familiar with it.  At Healing Hearts & Families, I will strive to give you a safe, nurturing, and relaxing environment so that you can grow and we can work together to resolve the issues you may be experiencing.
